Erin Mills is south of highway 403, the homes in this community are primarily semi detached and detached with few condominiums and townhouse complexes. The community itself is a mix of upper to middle class families, there are affluent and prestigious neighbourhoods such as those located East of Mississauga Road but are not the norm within the overall Erin Mills design. The homes in the community were built predominately in the 1970s and 1980s; therefore the homes are not out-dated but in certain cases may need some renovations. With the overall lot space being smaller than that found East of Mississauga Road, which are large lots and homes. Erin Mills is a family oriented neighbourhood, with numerous parks and trails for you to explore.
