Creditview community is relatively close to central Mississauga, with City Centre right beside it. The community is family oriented with the majority of homes in the area being owned; therefore creating a community that grows together. The community itself is multicultural and diverse with ethnicities present, creating a community that is accepting and welcoming.

There are two parks in particular running through the area allowing for homebuyers to enjoy a stroll in the park, they are known as Deer Run Park, Creditview Woods Park, and Ashgate Park all of which are waiting to be explored. The community began to populate in the 70’s making some homes in need of renovations while others have a modern touch.  The homes in the area range from semi detached homes with good-sized lots but are closely placed to neighbouring properties.  There are also numerous detached homes with a variety of style.  As well as some condos but they are not as common as seen in the neighbouring community of City Centre.

The overall community prides themselves on curb appeal and it is evident when entering certain pockets throughout Creditview.
