Hurontario is a community that encompasses a variety of areas allowing for a range in homes and affordability. The homes themselves in this area due to that vast space it encompasses range in age from newer homes to homes as old as 30.  Due to its vast area the community covers it luckily offers a variety of different forms of transportation from the Mississauga Transportation, to the GO station at Square One.  Due to the Hurontario community being located north of Mississauga City Centre, it allows for homebuyers to be close to the City Centre without having to live in a condo but having a range of home options.  Homes in Hurontario range not only in age, but also in what is available in the area with condos and town homes, to semi-detached and detached homes both small and large in size and lots.  The condos and town homes, are affordable in price and are therefore in higher demand for smaller families. The homes in this area are under high demand due to their location to the future Mississauga LRT and its easy access.
